Description:
PU-2401 is a water-based anionic aliphatic hot melt polyurethane resin. With low activation temperature, high bonding strength, fast strength rise, good adhesion, it hase some adhesion on metal, good water-washing fastness, resistance to yellowing, environmental protection without NMP, DMAC.

Application:
PU-2401 can be used for PVC and shoe material, luggage material, metal material bonding, also can be used in fabric bonding, will get better effect match with hot melt powder. Combined with crosslinking agent can further improve the bonding strength and washing fastness.
Hot-pressing temperature suggested in 100-130℃, proposed raising hot-pressing temperature in cold weather. It can be used in combination with EVA emulsion (PH value of EVA emulsion should be adjusted to 8-9).
