Description:
PU-2418 is an anionic aromatic water-based polyurethane adhesive. It has the characteristics of low activation temperature, high initial bonding strength and fast rising strength.

Application:
PU-2418 can be used for PVC calender and shoe material, box and bag material bonding, also can be widely used in visible parts of the vacuum blister thermal composite, such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and other soft materials and density board, particleboard, wood and other vacuum blister molding.
Hot-pressing temperature suggested in 120-140℃, proposed raising hot-pressing temperature in cold weather. It can be used in combination with EVA emulsion (PH value of EVA emulsion should be adjusted to 8-9).
